Now in this step you need to enter your contact information.

Many of us do mistakes while filing of the contact information. This is very important part. You make sure that your contact information is correct and legit. After approved your account Google earning reach your bank account. So fill Payee Name and Address correct as showing in your bank account. After creation of adsense account; you will not be allowed to change your Payee Name.
